What kind of woman are you?
Maybe you’ve felt like you’re falling apart. We’ve all been there, right?
You’ve asked yourself this many times:
“How many times must I go through this?”
You’re waiting to step away from “survival” and ease into “living your best life” but for some reason, it hasn’t happened.
You’ve worked hard on yourself but you feel like you’re not where you want to be.
“What’s the point?” – You think this, feeling frustrated and alone as you move through life.
You are not the only one who feels like this
We are all on a journey in life.
You might feel you’re walking the road to recovery alone, but there are so many other women walking that same path too.
So much of who you are is a mirror to others and all it takes is for one woman to use her voice and say, “This was my experience, this is where I’m at right now” and for you to say “I’m there too.”
Sometimes we are so stuck in the past that we forget to celebrate how far we’ve come.
Or maybe we can’t enjoy the present moment because we’re scared of what might be ahead.
But you’re allowed to have hope again.
You are not broken. You are evolving.
About the Evolving Woman workshop
This workshop invites you to explore and reflect on your life journey so far through writing activities and discussion.
You will write in response to prompts that follow the life cycles, and share your words and give feedback if you feel comfortable enough to.
- This workshop is highly interactive and encourages contribution from all attendees.
- I won’t be recording this workshop.
- You will need writing materials – pen and paper, tablet, laptop, whatever works for you.
- Have ready some headphones, a comfy sitting area, and room to write.
- Keep an open mind and an open heart.
The Evolving Woman workshop is just the beginning
This workshop will not replace any kind of therapy, but instead to create an opportunity for you to have a deeper connection to yourself and others.
You do not need to be an experienced writer to attend this workshop. You also do not need to be a newbie.
If you have any further questions about the workshop, please contact the facilitator at firstname.lastname@example.org
