Journal prompts for self-care

When was the last time you wrote in your journal? I used to write in mine when I was angry or upset, when I needed to offload. Now I write in there daily. It's a great way for me to connect with myself on a deeper level. Having a deep connection with myself has been important as I learn to better care for and love myself after trauma.
